Enhanced Technical Expertise
All of our technicians complete QS01 training in addition to first aid, electrical and hazard identification training. This program goes beyond standard technical training, equipping our team with the necessary knowledge and skills to work safely and efficiently.
With 80+ professionals operating across 24 states, we ensure each technician holds the necessary licenses and certifications. These include NFPA 70E training for electrical safety, qualified electrical worker licenses, FAA Part 107 licenses for drone operation, infrared (IR) certifications, OEM specialized inverter training, and substation maintenance training.
Comprehensive operations and compliance guides are developed for operational protocols, safety procedures, and site-specific reporting plans. These plans ensure a consistent and safe work environment across all operations.

We employ veterans in our Cypress Creek Solutions business at a rate far above the national average. The veterans on our team support one another through a company-wide affinity group of peers who have served our country.
