What is the QA/QC offering?
Cypress Creek Solutions deploys certified technicians and engineers to perform end-to-end site inspections at each contractual milestone—from pile driving and tracker assembly to pre-energization and final commissioning. Using more than 3,000 discrete checkpoints across electrical, mechanical, civil and SCADA scopes, we test, photograph and grade every work package so emerging issues are caught while they are still easy (and inexpensive) to fix. Findings immediately flow into comprehensive deliverables, letting project teams act immediately instead of waiting for a punch-list PDF. The result is smoother energization, higher first-year production and fewer warranty headaches down the road.
Inspections can include:
- Visual, mechanical and civil checks (racking alignment, torque, grounding)
- Electrical tests and terminations (IR thermography, insulation, polarity, ratio checks)
- Inverter, transformer, BESS and substation walk-downs
- Source-circuit continuity, combiner/BLA verification and MET/SCADA functional tests
- Formal sign-off packages for key stakeholders

How quickly do we get the results?
Preliminary findings appear in the dashboard as soon as the inspection team syncs on-site data—usually the same day—with a formal report issued within 48 hours.
Do you inspect storage systems as well as PV?
Yes. Our scope includes PCS, battery racks, and fire-suppression systems.
What if you find critical non-conformances?
We flag them in red, attach photos and recommended remedies, and can return to verify corrective actions once completed.
Will using a third-party QA/QC slow construction?
